What does it mean you are a team?

It means we work as a group of three or two people. It is economically favorable for our customers and the staff can help each other directly on spot.



Do you always work as a team?

Always.



Why do you work as a team?

We enjoy working together, it's so much more fun. And we are more motivated as a group than when the work is being done by only one person. And of course the work is over much faster that way. It is also convenient for customers who are usually at home while we clean and would like us to finish the job as soon as possible. It would take one person much longer to do it. If you have e.g. kids at home it is very important we finish the job within given time frames so that you can use your apartment as soon as possible.



Are there always the same people who clean at my place?

Yes, it is usually the same people who clean at your place. Our goal is that the cleaning is performed always by the same people. If one of them gets sick, we send a replacement to follow the person you already know.



If you work as a team do I pay per person or per hour?

You pay always per hour, and it doesn't matter how many people are on the team.



Why do I pay for e.g. 4 hours if there were two people who worked 2 hours?

It's easy math:

EXAMPLE 1: One person needs four hours to clean. We divide those four hours in two people.

1 person (2 hours) + 1 person (2 hours) = 4 hours

EXAMPLE 2: If there were three people who cleaned your home in total four hours, so we divide those four hours like this:

1 person (1 h 20 min) + 1 person (1 h 20 min) + 1 person (1 h 20 min) = 4 hours



How do you require your employees?

Before we let the cleaning team take care of your home we provide intern training led by the team leader. When the team leader thinks somebody is done with the training, this person starts in a team together with other, more experienced members of our staff. They help the newbie to take the hang of it, so that the working environment is appreciated by both the customers and the new members of the staff. The new members of our team never work alone which is also safer for our customers.



Do you have any binding periods?

No, we offer no binding periods. We think it is obvious that the happy customer who appreciates our cleaning service will continue to make appointments. It is what motivates us to give our best. We will always serve our customers in the best possible way.



Can you send me any references?

Of course. Contact us so we can send you some. Or you can just check the official customer's comments, they are the good way to evaluate our cleaning services.



Does the company come and visit before the cleaning?

You can choose yourself if you want to meet with us first or if you prefer us to clean directly after a short introduction. We make the arrangements according to your will and are ready to clean right away. Most customers prefer the latter as it is less complicated and saves time.



Do I have to leave while you clean?

Of course not.



Do I have to give you an extra key?

If you are away often it is easier to have the key copied. You choose yourself how do you prefer we handle the key. For example: We can leave the key next door after we are done.



How long does it take to clean?

It depends on what you wish us to do. If you want to have the perfectly cleaned house/apartment it will obviously take more time.
Example: Usually we clean two-bedroom flat in 2 hours. Bigger areas about 150 m2 takes 4-5 hours. After the first trial cleaning we will know exactly how much time we need at your place. It is not true an apartment is easier to clean than a house. Sometimes there are many tiny rooms in an apartment. And they take longer to vacuum-clean than one big open area.



How can I pay?

If you have a customer subscription you pay Cleanteam's invoice at the end of each month. Otherwise the terms of payment are 14 days from the day we issue an invoice.



What is it I should take into consideration before you clean?

If you want to save time, try to clean up a bit on your own. Try to think what is you want us to do and take notes on what we should take care of.



I am not happy with the cleaning. How can I make a complaint?

Make a complaint by e-mail within 24 hours. Explain in the e-mail what is it you are not happy with. Take a photo of what is wrong and attach it to the e-mail. You can also text us. We will contact you to agree on how to proceed with your complaint. If you have a customer subscription, we upgrade the cleaning service next time.



What if something gets broken?

We have a liability insurance which covers up to 10 million SEK. If something gets destroyed during the cleaning, inform us immediately so we can agree on further arrangements.



Can I cancel the cleaning without extra costs?

You can cancel the cleaning up to three days in advance, otherwise you have to pay for the booked hours. If you have a customer subscription, we book another day for you.
